Right of withdrawal:

In accordance with the right of withdrawal enshrined in Law 1480 of 2011, Article 47, the maximum period to exercise this right is five business days from the date of receipt of the order. 

The product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging and with no signs of use. 

Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer. FROM MOKA SAS is not responsible for loss or damage during return shipping.

If all the aforementioned conditions are met, the full purchase price will be refunded, without any deductions or withholdings, within a period of no more than 30 days.
