Shipping policy

All orders are processed between 1-5 business days. However, we know your order is very important, so we'll try to deliver it as soon as possible.

Orders will be shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipments are made from the city of Medellín.

Orders in Medellín:

Local shipments within the Medellín Metropolitan Area cost $11,000 and take 24 hours.

Medellin, Bello, Itagüí, Envigado, Caldas, Sabaneta, Copacabana, Barbosa, La Estrella and Girardota.

National Orders:

Domestic shipments cost $17,000 and take between 3 and 5 business days.
